Immer wieder geistern Nachrichten von Sicherheitsproblemen diverser Browser durch die Welt. Wir haben uns gefragt "was ist wohl daran wahr und was gehört in das Reich der Märchen und Propaganda?".
Wir nutzen schon lange Opera und ebenso den Internet Explorer als Browser. Selbstverständlich prüfen wir unsere Webseiten auch mit Safari, Ephipany und Firefox. Aber was ist dran an den Nachrichten - so zitierte kürzlich ein Magazin "es ist unglaublich: über den Internet Explorer kann wirklich JEDER auf Ihren PC zugreifen! Der skandalöse Sicherheits-GAU:
So missbraucht Microsoft Ihr Vertrauen und verrät Ihre Privatsphäre …"
Nach unseren Recherchen bei secunia.com waren wir doch sehr erstaunt, dass ausgerechnet Opera keine offenen Probleme hat. Der so geschmähte und oft zu unrecht verrufene Internet Explorer schneidet gegenüber Mozilla's Firefox deutlich besser ab.
